Previously sent to Reading Borough Council. FixMyStreet ref: 6820810 advised to send to West Berks. The bottom part of Ullswater Drive is totally unlit at night, partially due to the streetlight further up on the right being obscured by trees and the nearest streetlight on Elsley Rd not facing towards Ullswater Drive. It has been like this for sometime and is a dangerous trip hazard as it is a hill, especially when it has been dug up recently.
