Underpass is unsafe

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6845745.

The underpass outside the Cherwell School is dangerous . There is a plastic cover over the drainage that has been there for several months . A cyclist has slipped on this. It has been reported several times .The leaves are not cleared frequently enough making it a trip hazard.
