Path covered in sand, silt and mud

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6845207.

Pathway was cleared shortly after recent flooding, but just a blower was used. However there are in places considerable build up of silt over the tarmac path. This is a problem at the location shown where paths join from nearby housing.
