Footpath regularly underwater

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6844474.

The footpath past the Ben Jonson Pub regularly floods, making it impossible to walk past unless wearing wellingtons! The only dry route is to walk along the side of the B430 which is very dangerous. Fix my street says this is not your problem but I believe that it is. Please respond
