So South Wales has a massive obesity problem and we build houses with cycleways to nowhere, everyone has to get in the car to shop, everyone has to get in the car to walk their dogs, can't even cycle to the taft trail safely, loads of cycleways to nowhere, why not put the infrastructure in before people move in, if anybody wants me to show you,in the planning department how to build new housing estate, I can meet you at the train station and take you to a number of sites in the UK.
