The drain outside our property overflows when it rains heavy. The water is Blue and smells. When this freezes it will become dangerous dangerous to life as the path is downhill. My 92 year old uncle lost his wife earlier this year and now visits on a regular basis. Delivery people / post etc will be at risk of injury.

This update is to inform you that we have carried out an initial assessment and have identified that we will need to undertake further works to investigate the issue, these works will be raised and programmed in according to our risk matrix. Whilst works are being programmed we will keep the area safe through routine inspections.
