Reported a week ago and still no action?! What is going on as these potholes are very dangerous for cyclists and could cause expensive damage to vehicles!

The 2 potholes here are getting deeper and bigger, I work at the nursery down the road here so drive this route everyday. I have to dodge these potholes daily, which is dangerous considering the volume of traffic and pedestrians using this road.

Why is this still set to investigating? Do you need a cyclist to be seriously injured or a car to incur costly damage before you repair the potholes?
