Overhanging branches on parking

This tree is extremely large and has low branches that come out very far. One brnach in particular is pushing against the fence and appears as thought it will fall onto the communal parking space beneath. During the storm the branch was swaying so much it did not feel safe to park or walk beneath it. The tree is too large and low and is not properly maintained, now affecting communal spaces.
