One way road sign arrow does not indicate two-way bicycles

Reported via desktop in the Road signage category anonymously at 09:49, Mon 9 December 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6837333.

Cotham Hill is one way to cars, but two ways for bicycles. The road signs on Cotham Hill at the end of West Park and Aberdeen Road indicate to drivers with a white arrow that the road is one way. The road signs need to also indicate that bicycles are travelling in both directions. I am repeatedly having near misses on my bike where cars pull out not from these side roads not realising the road is two ways to bicycles. As bicycles are travelling down hill at speed past these junctions the risk of collisions is high.
