Missing bollards and signage

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6834927.
The central island opposite the entrance to Bowling Alley is missing a keep left bollard, as well as a sign. The spot where the sign used to be has had barriers round it for months, but the barriers have now all fallen over. The traffic island at the start of Bowling Alley also has a keep left bollard which has fallen over and is lying on the ground. Please can these issues be looked into.
