This manhole has been leaking dirty water for years !, The continued water is now affecting the flag stones further down the pavement which are becoming cracked and rocking This is a trip hazard. In the cold weather this water freezes again a trip/slip hazard. Will it take for someone to have a serious fall for this to be repaired ? It appears Cheshire East close this problem down without repairing or pass to United Utilities and nothing happens
