Tree Down on Cycle Path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6834066.

Tree completely obstructing the cycle path alongside the ATP. You can only get passed if you walk in the ditch which is now very muddy and slippery. Prams/MobilityScooters/Bikes etc… can not pass. It is not on Ducklington Lane as the dropped pin suggests but on the cycle path, I could not report it in its exact location as it is not a road.
