A blocked gully outside 144 Hassall Road has caused a flood to the garden of the property. They are using sandbags to hold it back. The lady in the house is disabled and her carers cannot get through. Have advised to call Fire Brigade to get her out of the immediate situation. The blocked gully was previous reported 6th October

This update is to inform you that we have carried out an initial assessment and have identified that we will need to undertake further works to investigate the issue, these works will be raised and programmed in according to our risk matrix. Whilst works are being programmed we will keep the area safe through routine inspections.
