  • Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local Town Council and not by the County Council. I have contacted them relaying to this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.

    Many Thanks for your enquiry.
