Local authority ditch is blocked by mud and leaves

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6830964.

The ditch running alongside the perimeter fence is full of mud, silt and leaves which have built up and are impeding the storm drains going under my next door neighbour's (No 4 Shutford Road) access way. During Storm Bert this flooded over the accessway into their driveway and up to the door of their house. It needs to be dug out so the water can flow downstream to the regular storm drain system.
