• Resident called to report that the large branch is still there, please can this be looked into and the branch removed.

• Thank you for your comments. According to our records the contractor has marked the works as completed to clear the fallen branch. A site visit is organised to investigate.

• This tree has been inspected and is not considered to require remedial works at this time. Bromley will only undertake works to a tree for an identified health & safety or highway obstruction issue. The situation will be reviewed cyclically and any required action will be addressed within a future works programme.
