Flooding in gullies both sides of carriageway

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6829843.

For a number of years whenever there is heavy rain the gullies outside 488 Queens Drive are unable to take the water this has been reported on numerous occasions and despite you sending gulley suckers the problem is not rectified the water floods right up to my front door creating problems with stones and other rubbish left on my path when the flood resides ( I am 99 years old and this is a problem for me)

Updates

  • A gully sucker did come out and did something but it flooded again last week this problem has been going on for years so there is obviously a bigger problem than the grid being blocked up. The flood water came up to the front door of 488 Queens Drive
