The state of this stretch of road needs resurfacing

From east street Westbourne past Chantry Hall is dreadful and needs proper patching or resurfacing I’m a cyclist and I take my life in my hands on this stretch, there’s a dropped manhole or drain that’s been repaired but the drop on it is far too low, when filled with water it’s lethal apart from that the road is awful.
