Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
