Adjacent to drive entrance at side of road

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6829029.
We have received an email suggesting this matter has been closed and not considered dangerous. We observed a delivery vehicle with its back wheel down in the hole and feared it had become even worse. We therefore tried to help by putting some bricks in the bottom of the hole and covering them with a large amount of composted soil to relieve the danger as we saw it. The soil which was deep is now being taken out by large vehicles and it is very deep when the contents are removed. We therefore wonder if the hole was examined for its depth which is very significant or it has not been identified as the deep hole that it is. Thank you
