Drainage issue not fixed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6826440.

After previous reports of heavy flooding during rain, this issue was marked as fixed, but it's not. The rain last night had the road impassable to pedestrians, our business is inaccessible and flood water close to the door. With the rain due on Saturday, this issue will get worse. Can you pls give details of the work that's been done to fix this issue as we've not seen anyone working on the problem and the drains still appear blocked.
