Blocked Culvert The Green North

The culvert under the road is blocked by a build up of soil and stones which is causing the drain to the east to back up and flood the verge and adjacent property. It is also causing the Green itself to be waterlogged through out most of the year along the road and hedge to the allotments; drivers use this area to turn and it is churning up the Green and causing long term damage as the area is sodden.
