All of Redland park, in particular the pathways between the houses

I have to say that I am ashamed of living here because it is so gross. There are weeds all along both sides of pathways, abandoned tv's, microwaves, recycling and lots of weeds. It is shameful that this has not been attended to and should be. Is this not included in our council tax? The alleyways between the houses have not been attended to for a couple of years now. With the weeds both sides they cover up things like broken glass, dog mess and other atrocities. Please can this be attended to as soon as possible so we can have pride in our area and see what we are treading in
