Skellorn Lane and Cawley Lane Junction

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6826012.
Repeated flooding caused by failure of Cheshire East Council to provide regular maintenance of the road drains. This problem has been reported by others yet nothing gets done. Apart from causing a danger to road users, the flooding results in damage to the road surface and the need for more expensive remedial work. These drains need cleaning every 6 months. A stitch in time saves 9. Pretty basic housekeeping one would think but not a concept understood by CEC.
