Big dip in the pavement

I was walking outside of the Starbucks in the highstreet, and when I walked over this dipped pavement, my knee had gave way and I fell over and caused alot of damage to my left knee, due to this, I now require surgery to my knee because I have caused alot of damage from this, which has now stopped me from being able to go to work!
