Global warming is causing flooding. Or maybe, the reply that I got that this drain is fixed isn’t actually true. School kids trying to avoid Priory Lake in the mornings is a great skill.
You should put a life guard on and charge entry!
This issue has been going on for years. It’s clearly blocked up and downstream. A quick vacuum of the top 5ft isn’t “fixing” anything.
