At about 1420 today one of your vehicles arrived to collect the green bags left by the litter picker this morning. I'm pretty sure he saw the litter on the ground shown in the photo which must have been dropped in the interval between the picker and bag collector. Would it be too much to tell your staff to do whatever is necessary to keep the streets clean. Either pick up small pieces like this or report larger items.
