Dangerous pavement

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category by Roger Faulkner at 12:20, Thu 5 December 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6822882.

The pavement between the entrance to Freeland House and The Oxfordshire Yeoman is in a very dangerous condition. This makes it extremely difficult for those with limited mobility and the users of wheelchairs, pushchairs, and mobility scooters. One local resident has said that she is afraid to use this path as it feels as though she is going to be thrown out of her chair. As this section of pavement is often used by residents of Freeland House Care Home, and others, to access the Garden Centre, the pub and the Village Hall it needs rectifying as soon as possible before someone has an accident.
