Slabs are uneven and big gaps are forming between the slabs which is causing water to go through the gaps due to the heavy rain and into 63 lower thrift street, causing the inside front wall and cellar to be damp.
If a team can review this footpath as it's now causing damage to a private property

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
