Car parked obstructs view of pedestrians.

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6822416.

The owner of this car RV74 VZG parks this way most of the time. I am reluctant to converse with him directly as he's displayed threatening behaviour previously so for my personal safety I will not approach him. His car obstructs the view on exiting the car park which is accessed via a passageway at the side of 12 Ravenoak Rd. It obstructs the view on entering the car park and difficult to turn left as it is so far forward. There have been several near misses. This road is regularly used by school children and it's only a matter of time before there's an accident.
