Communal garden

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6821518.

The drain has been broken in second block it's flooding on ground floor outside but it has caused rodents to enter the second block of floats as I called out pest control and he reckons they are coming out through the drains the issue has been there roughly 3 weeks I don't know if anyone has done something about it
