Flytipping

You have people stopping in cars and regularly flytipping. They leave green bin bags at the Bus stop bin . Four are there at the moment. Which are full of various types of waste. These go into the road and are torn open by vermin and foxes. Along with gulls and other birds. A health and safety risk to motorists and people. This being on authority footpath and road . Not privately owned land. As this occurs every week maybe a covert camera will catch the culprits. Maybe just remove the bin. There has to be a solution to this illegal act. This has only started due to the authority changing the collection of waste methods.
