Blocked residents from parking in their car park
Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6819761.
The driver wouldn't allow us to park in our car park. We asked if she could move further up the road and she said that she had a disabled badge and refused to move. We then had to wait for her to walk to the school and pick her kids up and come back to that we could park.
