Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6819071.
A Flooding on Road problem has been found by Oxfordshire County Council - a strange "whirlpool" (caller's words) has developed halfway through Copse Wood - bubbling slightly and it's coming up onto B481, which is a 50mph at that area.
Might be able to get photos tomorrow as it's not the safest place to stop.
