Footpath 8 barbed wire & mesh fence on path

Each time someone reports this, it’s immediately status ‘Fixed’ - it’s not. Fence has fallen on to path, not a huge problem but last year a Fallow Deer was caught in broken barbed wire/mesh fencing further along same path. Hart Wildlife has to euthanise. Please fix fence before it’s hidden by brambles.
