Road flooded

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6816519.

Roundabout is flooded. Previous report suggests blocked drain but as it has not rained for a few days and is still flooded maybe a water leak somewhere? Causes wet roads - dangerous if icy. Either way problem needs investigating and addressing.Thanks
