Multiple potholes, blocked drainage, flooding

This problem has been reported many times and minor repairs to individual potholes have been made over time. Wyfold Lane today has a number of potholes near this location and should be inspected but at this location the road is almost becoming impassable. The last time I reported this, see Council ref: ENQ24987719, I stated that unless the gulleys were unblocked and standing water drained off the road the probloem would persist as it has. The last report was "closed" when in fact the problem persists. Why won't the Council resolve this issue once and for all.

  • FYI repairs have subsequently been made to the larger pot holes at this area however they have again failed and will shortly become destructive. Has a site visit been made and do the Council plan to do anything about this ongoing problem?
