Total lack of street lighting at main junction

There is no lighting and a high kerb at this location in the corner of Rectory Road and the bridge. I slipped in the dark -it was only 5.55pm and was exposed to a busy road junction. Luckily I managed to save myself but couldn’t see anything. It is very bad on this side if the road but the other side if the bridge is better lit. Plenty if other people have complained about this to me too and the herb is too high her -cars mount it when turning.
