Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6810810.

The drain at the low point on Tilehurst Rd at the roundabout with Water Road is blocked. There is a large permanent puddle here. This causes a distraction to drivers who need to concentrate on traffic movements at this busy roundabout.
