Large pothole

A small pothole was repaired by your team a few weeks ago. A square of tarmac was cut out around it and it was filled - 5 minutes work . Soon after the tarmac was broken and a larger hole created. We are close to the bend and the bus often has to mount the pavement to get by parked cars and may pass over it. Now we have a muddy puddle which showers our windows with dirty water on a regular basis. Worse than before repair!
