The wooden posts on green verge outside my house has been removed

The wooden posts on the green verge outside my property, 185 Poynters Road, have been removed resulting in illegal parking on the grasss verge. This is also causing mud from the verge to go onto my driveway and surrounding pavement as well as causing difficulty getting into and out of my driveway. Please can the wooden posts be replaced to prevent the illegal parking occurring.
