Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6807373.

The traffic lights at the junction of Queens Drive and Utting Avenue in the direction heading towards Old Swan in the morning, the green light only stay green for 10 seconds and is causing congestion, the opposite direction stays on green while these light are red.
