Rainwater not draining away

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6806825.

When it rains heavily, water sits on both sides of the road, not draining away. I counted 6 areas on both sides of Heritage Way from Grove Road to the traffic lights at the Fareham Road junction. If this is going to be inspected PLEASE go when it is raining heavily, not on a dry day.
