Sibford Elm seem to be blocked.

Ditches running along side of Main Street out of Sibford Ferris, towards Sibford Elm seem to be blocked. During Storm Bert and 4 weeks previously there was a high volume of water running downhill but water was not collecting in the ditches. The photo shows the ditch past the speed signs on right hand side if leaving the village.

    Ditches remain frequently blocked after heavy rain with run off onto Main Street. Pictures taken 27th January.
