Delays by bad setting of controls

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6805470.

The lights stay green too long for Ferensway - when no traffic is moving along there. Also gives a right turn green from Ferensway into Osborne St (to Princes Quay) when no cars wanting to turn. Result is traffic on Osborne Street (either side) is delayed when it needn't be. I can see long queues of Christmas shoppers trying to exit Osborne Street - as has happened previous years, unless you can get it sorted please.
