BT phone box damaged
Reported via Android anonymously at 08:29, Tue 25 August 2015
Sent to Southwark Borough Council 2 minutes later
Phone box had a brick thrown into it. Glass has been on floor since Monday morning. It's now Tuesday.
Contact Openreach: http://www.homeandwork.openreach.co.uk/ who-to-contact/ It is their floor, not the council's.
One day is an unrealistic expectation. Actually, one day is unrealistic for the council even to get round to reading this report, although councils will vary. For Brent it is about two and a half working days, but very variable. Urgent reports should be phoned directly to the organisation responsible.
Not from the council.

You mean I should contact BT to sweep up broken glass on the street? Are you hsving a giggle? That photo, I took in the evening on my way back from work. That box and the glass on the floor are hazards. What happens if a child trips and falls face down on the floor? Someone isn't doing their job and needs to get fired. If that area is not sorted out today, then I will surely escalate this.

The street isn't the floor. BT are responsible for the glass on the floor of the phone box. The council are responsible for that on the street.
