Large number of white and orange tippers running from cledford to town bridge and beond -these are unsheeteed and have "spoil" falling from the vehicles if a stone etc drops or is thrown through someones windsreen could cause death or multiple crash or injury to pedestrians - these vehicles need washing off at point of loading and discharge to avoid threat to the general public- these vehicles do not appear to have a visable operators name but the coucil having give permission for/from or to this landfill must know or should know their origin and operandi
