Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6803774.

From the turn from Kings Sutton all the way to the turn to the Garden centre has blocked drains.

There are only a handful that are clear.

Many of them are now also starting to sink and when cycling I am fed up of having people blow the horn/not understand as it is meaning you have to ride a much further distance from the kerb.
