Updates

  • State changed to: Investigating

Updated by Northumberland County Council at 10:42, Mon 2 December 2024

  • I have contacted Northern Powergrid on 5/12/24 and the response from them is as follows "The fault is with our LV Fault team, I have spoken with the engineer involved, he is progressing the job as quickly as possible.

The fault requires a diversion of cables, inside the chemical factory grounds.

He is on with arranging access and permits required to work in the factory grounds.".

We are unable to bring the lights back into operation until the electricity supply fault is resolved by Northern Powergrid.

Thank you for contacting Northumberland County Council.
