Road drain full of mud.

The road drain opposite Danick House on the same side as the hair dresser and nail salon is full of mud. This has been reported numerous times when the gully cleaners have been present and I last reported it a month ago to a Somerset Highways worker who was clearing the pavement near the village hall. This has been full of mud for years - not an exaggeration - and shows the contractors that SCC pay to keep them clean are not fulfilling their contractual obligations.
